Columbia Police Association of Nassau County
Installation of The Executive Board of Officers

The Executive Board of Officers are elected according to the association constitution and by-laws. The term for each position is two (2) years. Nominations are held in April and Elections are held in May of the even numbered years. The term for each office starts in July of that year. The Executive Board is installed at the Association's Biennial Installation Dinner Dance that is usually held in the fall of the same year. Each officer takes the following pledge:

“ I, (name of board member), Do solemnly swear that I will uphold the constitution of the United States, the constitution of the State of New York, and the By-Laws of the Columbia Police Association Of Nassau County, and I faithfully discharge the duties of the office to which I have been elected to the best of my ability.”
